After making an impression with the 18+ movie Boarding House 2 in 2015, director Jeong Tae-ryeong continued to direct another 18+ movie released in 2016 and quickly received support from many audiences thanks to the careful investment in both the cast and the script called Private Tutor: Advanced Course. Of course, the names participating in the movie are all amateur actors, but their highlights are that they are young, beautiful, not bad at acting and most importantly, they are willing to perform the most daring hot scenes.

Private Tutor: Advanced Course begins with a young man named Seong-jin (Heo Ye-chang), a “theoretical expert” who has learned a lot about women through online documents as well as books, so he feels extremely excited every time he comes into contact with his lecturer, a beautiful and charming young girl named Mi-ae. He falls madly in love with her and is determined to win the girl of his dreams. However, Mi-ae continues to ignore his advances, telling him that he is too young and will consider it when he is older.

Feeling frustrated and helpless after all his attempts to win over his teacher have failed, Seong-jin tries to vent his frustrations to his friend Yeon-hwa (Seon Ji-woo), a new writer who has just moved in near his house. Surprisingly, she says that she will teach him about women and begins guiding him through practical lessons from kissing to sex, meaning that she will become his special tutor in this advanced course.
