Boarding House is one of the low-budget 18+ movies but received many positive reviews from the audience after its release in 2014 as an online film. Boarding House 2014 tells the interesting life with many funny situations of Eun-gi, a college student who starts living with three women: one is the sexy landlady of the house, the other is her even more attractive daughter, and also his innocent first love.

Eun-gi is a freshman and the son of a fisherman family, who was lucky enough to meet this mother and daughter in Seoul when he came there to study and was given a place to stay, he found his new place in a boarding house managed by the mother and daughter when he came to Seoul to study. His only joy every day is to play the ambiguous game with both mother and daughter in the boarding house, which means always being in a state of not knowing who he likes but provoking both of them.
